What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about SEBASTIAN VOLLMER: Houston, 6072 314 5.15. Two-year starter. From Kaarst, Germany. Good enough footwork to wheel pass rushers past the quarterback. Angular tackle with inconsistent knee bend. Bit of a mauler. Plays in a spread offense. Played left tackle, but projects to right side because of average foot quickness. Struggles to recover in pass protection. Developmental prospect with measurables and some pro physical skills. Came to Houston as a tight end. Marginal lateral quickness. Everything is taught. Plays high and generally without knee bend. Fringe agility and balance. Will need to learn to drive block. Played well in the East-West game. Has had a back injury in the past and missed the 2006 season. Seventh round. (A-33 1/4, H-10 5/8, BP-32, 10-1.76).
