What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about AHTYBA RUBIN: Iowa State, 6026 315 5.24. Two-year starter. Junior college transfer. Long arms and big hands. Looks like a solid 3-4 nose tackle candidate. Did a good job at the Senior Bowl filling gaps and holding his ground on inside running lanes. Good short area quickness. Plays on his feet. Thick butt and legs. Quick laterally. Does a good job of keeping leverage on the ball. Hustles to make plays on the perimeter or down the field. Has the innate strength to push the pocket. Also had a strong Shrine Bowl. OSR:11/16, for all defensive linemen: 39/46. Edge speed:left 2.03, right 2.06. Average for all the linemen at the Combine was 2.07. Struggled in the short shuttle at 5.04 and 3 cone/8.07. Fourth/ fifth round. (A-34 1/2, H-10 1/4, BP-35, 10-1.79).

Kelechi Osemele, Iowa State, 6050 335 Three-and-a-half years as a starter. Played left tackle since the 2009 season. A big man with long arms who plays with good base and balance on a team that runs a spread quick tempo offense. Plays in a 2-point stance. A knee bender who has strength, shock, control, drive, and finish in his vocabulary. Good initial arm punch and use of hands. Locks out and locks on defender. Plays smooth, square, and balanced in his pass pro. Can snap his hips and dominate his opponent. Has the physical tools to lock up a defensive tackle or edge pass rusher. Intense on snaps. Sticks with his man. Strong leg action and sure hands to steer or turn the defender. Plays with attitude and aggressiveness. Quick initial move and lateral agility to seal the edge in the run game. Can adjust to a power or speed rusher to block the edge in the pass game.

Sims, David Iowa State 5093 200 4.53
Two-year starter. Junior college transfer from Butte Community
College. Originally signed with Oklahoma out of high school.
Was the 2009 Big-12 Newcomer of the Year. A better than
average athlete who is a good open field tackler and run support
player. Competitive with good foot quickness. Will struggle in
the slot with a mismatch of tall receivers. Built like a running
back. Generally takes good angles to the ball and will hit and
wrap. Needs to drop his butt when backpedaling. Will get too
high at times and has wasted steps in transition. Has borderline
measurables and pro physical skills. Will contribute as a backup
punt and kickoff return specialist. Good special teams player.

the ball in traffic. Good concentration catching the ball in the
seam or down the middle in cover-two. A competitive receiver
with quick hands. Has some separation quickness to create space.
Snatches the ball with soft hands. Good adjustment to the ball.
Can make the tough catch. Has some stop and go quickness.
Plays faster than timed speed. Stays square to shadow a pass
