What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about CORDY GLENN: Georgia, 6056 345 5.08. Four-year starter with experience at both right and left guard as well as left tackle. Red-shirted in 2007. Was moved permanently to left tackle in the spring of 2011. May project inside to guard for some teams. An imposing physical specimen with long arms, a wide body, and athletic feet. Good punch and explosiveness as a run blocker and pass protector. Gets his power from his flexible hips, knees, and ankles. Has the ability to stay balanced with knee bend. Can block on the move. Good effort and ability to block downfield. Powerful on down blocks. Athletic when he pulls and fold blocks. Good initial quickness and movement to adjust on the run. Good body control and follow through. Has the size, strength, and balance to anchor and hold his ground against a bull rush. Demonstrates good lateral range which is a definite requirement if he plays left tackle on the next level. Must focus and concentrate on every play. Has a tendency to have breakdowns in fundamentals and positional intensity. Senior Bowl notes: had a dominant week of practice and demonstrated his versatility playing left guard and both tackle positions. A big man who can pull and be productive in space. Powerful and mobile with good balance. Probable first year starter. OSR:12/ 48. First round. (A-35 3/4, H-10 1/8, BP-31, 10-1.76).

Draft Rewind 2011 - Kelvin Sheppard - Buffalo Bills

What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about KELVIN SHEPPARD: LSU, 6021 246 4.66. Two-year starter who is physical and emotional in his play. Good leader. Doesn’t stay blocked. Quick to separate and hustles to the ball. Nose for the ball. Quick to sniff out the middle screen. Plays fast sideline to sideline. Has experience at all three linebacker spots in the 4-3 defense. Stays on his feet and plays square. Takes smart angles. Good lateral agility. Senior Bowl notes: excellent initial read and react. Good first step and gets downhill with no hesitation. Solid tackle to tackle player with good inside run instincts. Decent range and can get to the ball outside. Very aggressive taking on blocks but tends to get locked up as he looks for the ball instead of defeating the block. At his best with a clear path to the ball. Takes a decent drop in coverage but has average range and change of direction reacting to the throw. Plays the run well but struggles in coverage and in space. Career stats: 311 tackles, 5 1/2 sacks, 26 TFL, 7 PBU. Did not work out at the Combine due to right hamstring injury. Edge speed:left 2.04, right 2.23. Third/fourth round. Draft Rewind 2003 - Chris Kelsay - Buffalo Bills

What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about CHRIS KELSAY: Nebraska, 6042 273 4.73. A muscular 4-3 left end who came on strong as a junior but battled injuries as a senior — missed several games with a hamstring problem. Returned late in the year and played well down the stretch. Solid all-around lineman with good toughness and intensity. Fairly quick at the snap. Leads with his hands. Holds his position well. Has good balance. Disciplined. Active down the line in pursuit. Does a good job of playing through blocks on the move. Gets a little upright at times and is inconsistent shedding, but he is very aggressive with his hands. Sometimes ducks his head on contact. Quality pass rusher with a nice combination of speed, quickness, power, and moves. Has the burst to turn the corner on an outside charge. Shows bullrush ability — makes hard initial contact and keeps his feet moving. Very aggressive with his hands. Redirects well to the inside. Can spin effectively. Had a strong overall Senior Bowl performance. Quality prospect.

Draft Rewind 2010 - CJ Spiller - Buffalo Bills

What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about CJ SPILLER: Clemson, 5105 196 4.35. A bolt of lightning type runner that is a threat to score as a receiver, ball carrier, and return specialist. For all practical purposes, is a four year starter. His first three years he rotated with Cleveland draft choice James Davis. Played in a one-back spread offense. He is the all-time, all purpose yards leader at Clemson and in the Atlantic Coast Conference. This is a football player that is also a track All-American. He displays good vision and cutback ability. Productive run skills both inside and on the perimeter. Displays rare quickness to make the first tackler miss. Quick reactions to make positive yards on a poorly blocked play. Has the hands to catch all pass routes with good eye-hand coordination. A clutch player that can make a play in crucial situations. As a kickoff return specialist he shows an instant burst and acceleration. As a punt returner he can take one step and go, or uses his stop and go moves to make defenders miss. Finishes his runs with strength and determination. A patient runner that slides and can bounce the ball outside and speed down the sideline. Has a burst to the corner and can make the first defender miss in space. Explosive on wheel routes. Possesses the hands of a receiver. Mismatch on linebackers. Excellent vision between the tackles. Hits the crease full speed. Good cutback vision. Can dodge tacklers at the line of scrimmage. At times he gets the corner by option football. Academic All-ACC. OSR:5/28. First round. Draft Rewind 2009 - Andy Levitre - Buffalo Bills

What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about ANDY LEVITRE: Oregon State, 6025 305 5.35. Three-year starter. Aggressive and physical. Explosive punch in pass protection to stun pass rusher. Can play both guard and tackle spots in an emergency, but is best when he’s inside at guard in a confined area. May project to center for some teams. Works to sustain his blocks and finishes play. Stronger in the run game than pass protection at this time, but is good enough to start. Arms shorter than ideal. Mentally tough to concentrate and focus on the job. Consistency to make mental adjustments on the move. In the Senior Bowl he struggled with defenders that could recover quickly. His first step quickness was inconsistent and would set on the count at times. Can adjust on the run with proper depth and approach to kick out or log when pulling. Gives effort to hustle and make the second block. A functional athlete that could use more upper and lower body strength. Effective on the second level to seal off pursuit. OSR:32/ 47. Third/fourth round. (A-32 1/2, H-9 1/2, BP-23, 10-1.80).

May be too tall to play center unless he consistently works to bend his knees and use his hands effectively. Can be leveraged by a low playing nose tackle or three technique. A mauler that is competitive and physical. Keeps a good base when he mirrors and slides his feet in pass protection. Will waist bend at times instead of sliding and adjusting his feet.
