What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about TRACY PORTER: Indiana, 5102 190 4.46. Four-year starter. Sixteen career interceptions. Not a physical player. More of a man to man cover corner. Fluid hips. Can stick his foot in the ground and drive quickly on the ball in front of him. Good ball skills. Has long speed. A burst to close on the ball in the air. Sudden change of direction. Mirrors receivers. Struggles in run support and misses as many plays as he makes. Inconsistent tackler. Has talent and athletic ability for the position. Will also contribute as a punt return specialist. May be a backup, not a feature returner. Has played only five years of football, including one year in high school. Put up 18 reps of 225 at the Combine. Was second all-time in Indiana history with 16 interceptions. Needs technique work to combine with his athletic ability. Has rare tools, but needs refinement. OSR:10/32. BTR:left 4.40, right 4.53. Second/third round. (A-32, H-9 3/8, SS-4.09, VJ-35.5).
