What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about LARDARIUS WEBB: Nicholls State, 5096 179 4.40. Two-year starter. Transfer from Southern Mississippi. Outstanding athlete. Good ball skills and physically tough. Lacks the normal size required in a corner or safety, but has outstanding instincts and awareness. Relishes contact. Hitter on run support. Good hands to pluck and snatch the ball at its highest point. Confident player as a defensive back, kick returner, or ball carrier. High risk, high reward player that gambles trying to make a play at times. Needs fundamental work at either corner or safety. A raw athlete that makes plays. Shows some upper body stiffness, but has hip flexibility in his turns. Always around the ball. Soft hands and good ball skills. Needs more bulk and strength if he is going to hold up during an NFL season. Is the only Division One player in the history of the awards to be honored with the offensive, defensive, and special teams player of the week in the same year. Will contribute on special coverage and return teams. In his career he averaged 16.3 yards on punt returns (2 touchdowns) and 27.8 yards on 38 kickoff returns (1 touchdown.) BTR:left 4.45, right 4.56. OSR:4/32. Third/fourth round. (A-31 1/2, H-9, VJ-36.5, SS-4.11).
