What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about MARCUS HARRISON: Arkansas, 6026 317 5.09. Started 34 games over four year career. Lacks production with 6 1/ 2 tackles for loss and 1 1/2 sacks. Has an injury history with a torn ACL in the spring of 2007 and another knee surgery in 2006. Projects as a 3-4 nose tackle or a 4-3 shade tackle. Good athlete. Flashes explosiveness to push the pocket and play with leverage. Functional play strength. Plays well on his feet. Good laterally. Sudden change of direction. Must play with good knee bend or he gets rolled out of hole. Doesn’t stay blocked. Physical in the run game. Can feel the blocking schemes. Good use of hands and tackling ability. Broke up nine passes in 2007 by getting in the throwing lane. Good awareness. When healthy he is tough to block. Plays with a high motor. Gets inside push and clogs the inside running lanes. Disruptive. Controls the line of scrimmage. Has some off field red flags. OSR:4/16 for defensive tackles and a 25/46 for all defensive linemen. Fourth/fifth round. (A-34 3/8, H-9 3/8, BP-26, 10-1.73).
