What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about CURTIS LOFTON: Oklahoma, 6000 246 4.84. Junior entry. One-and-a-half year starter. Does not have a long body of work. He finished last out of the inside linebackers that worked out at the Combine. Doesn’t appear to be an elite prospect athletically, but was productive with 157 tackles. Lacks a burst to close on the ball carrier. Played in a 4-2 scheme at Oklahoma. Inconsistent angles to ball carrier but will finish pursuit. Will get stuck on blocks and is inconsistent to disengage a blocker quickly. Looks the part physically with a thick lower body. Lacks top end speed and is inconsistent to time his blitzes. Tough and productive. OSR:11/11 and 47/52 of all linebackers. Third/fourth round. (A-31 5/ 8, H-9 1/2, BP-23, SS-4.57).
