McPhee, Pernell Mississippi St. 6027 278 4.93 Two-year starter. Junior college transfer from Itawamba Community College (MS). Gives a solid effort every play. He hustles to the ball when he locates it. His instincts are questionable. He doesn’t seem to get “it” or have a nose for the ball. Gets himself in trouble at times by getting walled off. Plays right end in a four man front. Will stand up or play with his hand in the dirt. A developmental player who struggles to stack the run at the point of attack and is not an edge pass rusher.
