What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about WILLIAM MOORE: Missouri, 6001 221 4.58. Started 32 games over the past four years. Had surgery in the spring to repair a torn labrum. Physical specimen for the position. Big, fast, and athletic. Can play the run in the box or play coverage deep. Good anticipation and ball reactions. Has the speed to overlap deep and slap the ball away. Good range to cover the outside thirds of the field. Plays with confidence and attitude. Ideal safety size in a young man that can cover and hit. Has the ability to cover the third receiver. Sure tackler that is heady with the ability to make plays. A tale of two seasons. A strong junior year and an inconsistent and injury-plagued senior year. Loose hipped for a smooth turn with acceleration and catch up speed. During the Senior Bowl week he struggled with his transition out of the pedal to all route angles. The new scheme he learned at the practices may have affected his confidence. Played closer to the line in 2008. Has the tools to play on Sunday. The more complex the scheme, the longer it may take to get him ready to play. Will contribute on special teams. BTR:left 4.58, right 4.50. OSR:5/24. Second/third round. (A-32 1/4, H-9 1/8, VJ-37, SS-4.27).
