What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about CHILO RACHAL: Southern Cal, 6050 315 5.26. Junior entry. Good athlete that plays with a good base. Has a medical history that has cost him seven games over the past three years. Possesses many raw skills for the position. Good size, long arms, and big hands. A power player that loses leverage because he loses knee bend and plays high. Can get driven back if he doesn’t play with good knee bend. Not a quick twitch or sudden player. Will flash an explosive punch at times. Will take bad angles to cut off linebackers on the second level. Lacks first step initial quickness. Comes up, not out on snap. Has the size and athletic ability to start, but is in dire need of technique work and a clinic on how you play the game. Will need reps in any offensive scheme. OSR:28/42. Third/ fourth round. (A-34, H-10 3/8, BP-28, 10-1.84).
