What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about STEPHEN TULLOCH: North Carolina State, 5106 241 4.84. Junior eligible. Started 18 games in two years. Hits through back when he tackles. Quick to fill and constrict the hole. Can’t run on the watch, but ran Florida State’s Booker down from behind. Has competitive play speed. Was the team’s top tackler with all that first round talent. Averaged 13 tackles per game. Face up explosive tackler. Flashes a burst to the ball. Instinctive. Quick to read and react. Makes plays on the perimeter. Plays on the punt team. An effective special teams’ player. Fast twitch guy. Quick and reactive. Runs through gaps and pressures quarterback. Mobile, hostile, and agile as Coach Jake Gaither would say. Takes good pursuit angles. Will contribute and be productive on special teams. Reminds us of Ron McKinnon who was a free agent and has played in the league a long time. Seventh round. (A-30 3/4, H-9 1/2, BP-27, SS-4.19). Orginally drafted by Tennessee.
