What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said about RICHIE INCOGNITO: Nebraska, 6032 305 4.91. Junior eligible. Two-year starter as a red-shirted freshman and sophomore. Was suspended by Nebraska in ’03 for violation of team rules by Frank Solich. Was reinstated but then dismissed from the team by Bill Callahan in fall of ’04. Then transferred to Oregon where he was dismissed in less than a week for violation of team rules. Started at Nebraska for two years as a left tackle. Was making the move to center for the fall of 2004 when he was suspended. Explosive knee bender who rolls his hips and has strong lower body. Has ability to regain body control and balance. Can redirect and shift weight quickly to defeat defender. Quick pivot and turn. Physical use of hands, punch, and placement. Explosive six-inch punch. Mauls and dominates opponent at times. Works to sustain and finish blocks. Has the ability in pass protection to quick set, change direction, and redirect. Shows attitude and aggression to engage initial contact with base, balance, and knee bend. Stays square with ability to shadow rusher. Quick reactions to recover to blitz pickup. Easy light feet. Quick to cut off defender. Has lateral agility and quickness to cut off slant move. Can anchor against power. Quick on pull and kick out. Good effort to block downfield. Long snapper on punts with average of .68 to .78 on snaps. Violent player who loses control and has a breakdown in technique at times. One of the top linemen at any position in this draft.
