Four-year starter who was the most accurate kicker in school
history. Two-time team captain. A clutch kicker with good leg
strength. Gets the ball up quickly. A right footed soccer style
kicker. Made 5 of 5 field goal attempts versus Mississippi State
in 2010. In the Senior Bowl practices he averaged between 3.66
and 4.31 hang times. The distance was 60-68 yards. Did the
“pooch” punts for the Tigers placing the ball inside the 20-yard
line 25 of 41 times. Lacks the leg strength on his kickoff hang
times. Only 13 of his 256 kickoffs were touchbacks. Averaged
61.6 yards per kickoff over his career. He kicked 5 out of
bounds. Kicked off for four years, did placements for two.
