Javarris James (Miami) – 6000, 213. Downhill one cut zone runner. Good running skills and vision. Caught the ball well in practice. Better than average blocker in the passing game. Good awareness.
Andre Dixon (Connecticut) – 6003, 200,
Andre Anderson (Tulane) – 5105, 205,
Dimitri Nance (Arizona State) – 5093, 224,
Keith Toston (Oklahoma State) – 5115, 210, and
Pat Paschall (North Dakota State) – 5114, 206 are all similar type running backs that you could put in a bag and shake them up and pull out a camp type running back. All five flashed vision and cutting ability in practice. Nance is thicker in his lower body, but none is a consistent tackle breaker. Competitively, none did anything special to separate them from each other.
